A LITTLE HELP AROUND HOME

What’s on your list?

Here are a few ideas. If you don’t see your job, ask anyway — describe it in your own words and we’ll let you know whether it’s a fit.

Tell us about your project

Examples are subject to a review of the work, safe access, property conditions, and applicable licensing or permit requirements. A request is not an accepted job.

Assembly & getting organized

Make the most of what you already have.

  • Flat-pack desks, tables, chairs, and bed frames
  • Bookcases, storage cabinets, and closet organizers
  • Patio furniture and freestanding storage racks
  • Manufacturer-specified furniture anti-tip anchors
  • Furniture disassembly for an upcoming move
  • Drawer organizers, storage bins, and utility carts

Hanging & finishing touches

Those last few things that make a room feel finished.

  • Pictures, mirrors, and wall décor
  • Curtain rods, blinds, and shades
  • Shelves, hooks, and coat racks
  • Towel bars and toilet-paper holders — no plumbing connections
  • House numbers, small signs, and decorative plaques
  • Wall-mounted organizers and garage tool hooks

Doors, cabinets & hardware

Small adjustments that make everyday use easier.

  • Cabinet hinge and door adjustments
  • Cabinet knobs, pulls, and drawer hardware
  • Interior door hinges, handles, and stops
  • Weatherstripping and door sweeps
  • Simple screen repairs and gate-latch adjustments
  • Drawer-slide and cabinet-catch replacement
  • Tightening loose furniture or hardware

Small repairs & touch-ups

Tidy up the wear that comes with a lived-in home.

  • Small drywall holes and surface patches
  • Interior paint touch-ups
  • Minor decorative trim repairs
  • Interior caulking around trim or fixtures — no leak repairs
  • Touch-ups on baseboards and door casings
  • Replacing furniture feet, felt pads, and bumpers

Everyday home maintenance

A few useful jobs in one visit.

  • Replacement of easily accessible HVAC filters — no equipment servicing
  • Accessible light-bulb replacement — no fixture or wiring work
  • Lubricating squeaky door hinges
  • Cleaning accessible vent covers — no duct or equipment work
  • Seasonal household maintenance lists
  • Several small tasks combined into one visit

General manual labor

An extra pair of hands for practical, everyday work.

  • Moving boxes and manageable furniture within your home
  • Loading or unloading manageable household items
  • Carrying and staging materials around your property
  • Garage, shed, and storage-area organizing
  • Bagging leaves and ordinary yard debris
  • Sweeping patios, porches, and walkways
  • Setting up or putting away patio furniture and seasonal décor

Labor only. We confirm item weights, stairs, access, and any extra help needed before accepting. No hazardous materials, demolition, or off-site hauling.

Gutter cleanout — 12 feet & below

Clear leaves and loose debris from accessible gutters.

  • Gutter cleanout where the gutter line is 12 feet or less above ground
  • Removal of leaves and loose debris
  • Clearing accessible downspout openings
  • Bagging gutter debris and tidying the immediate work area

The limit refers to gutter height, not ladder length. Requires safe ground and ladder access and suitable weather. No roof walking, roof repairs, or work near unsafe electrical lines. Underground drain clearing is excluded.

Simple outdoor jobs

Keep the small things around your property in order.

  • Patio and garden furniture assembly
  • Replacing a mailbox on an existing sound post
  • Small gate hardware and latch adjustments
  • Replacing window-screen mesh
  • Tidying and organizing outdoor storage
  • Hanging lightweight seasonal decorations within safe reach

PROPOSED SERVICE · PENDING LOCAL APPROVAL

Existing ceiling-fan replacement.

The proposed scope is a straightforward swap of an existing fan at the same location, using existing wiring and an existing suitable fan-rated box and support.

No new wiring, circuits, junction boxes, relocated boxes, or support modifications. Any unsuitable wiring or mounting requires a properly licensed electrician.

Not currently offered or bookable. We must first confirm whether the job requires an electrical license and permit in the property’s jurisdiction. An existing fan does not establish an exemption.

A clear scope before we start.

Electrical work, plumbing or gas repairs, HVAC repairs, roofing, structural work, and hazardous-material work are outside the current service menu. Work that disturbs paint in older homes needs lead-safety screening before acceptance. A service request does not guarantee availability, coverage, or a quote.

Based in Gulfport, serving the coast from Pass Christian to Ocean Springs and nearby communities such as D’Iberville and Saucier. Travel is based on the actual service address; a town name alone does not determine the trip charge.
